we bought a house from the bank the tentant on the first floor clams she gave the previous owner first and last now she is moving out and want it from the currrent owner what the law on that

I believe you will stand in the shoes of your previous owner in terms of liability for last month's rent and any security deposit. It is important when you buy a home with tenants that issues of advanced rent and security deposits are dealt with. Presumably the first month's rent was applied to her first month's rent. As for the last month's rent, if the previous owner took one from her, you are responsible for it.
