Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
Bought a raised ranch in 2003. Listing agent listed the home as three bedroom plus dining room. Third bedroom was opened and used as dining room. Hence we later found city had it on books as two bedroom. We are planning to sell and are losing $40K for one room. Any recourse.....
