what happens, when an abutter removes a stone wall that was a boundry marker between has land and mine and then puts up a fence on my land ? thank you for your help

IF your neighbor has put a fence on your property you should ask him to move it. I would however be sure that the fence is on your property, so I would get a survey of the property line at that point.

You could also grant him permission to leave the fence their but have a written agreement in recordable form and record it so your property 20 years from now is not lost by adverse possession.
