Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I had my broken down car towed from quincy to billerica. When I was told its 250 to get it out I didnt have that much so the guy said he would tow it back and it would be 500 to get it out plus 35 a day in storage fees. I just got a notice of car abandonment and it states the tow was 250 not 500 and 65 a day in storage. If I knew the tow wasnt 500 I would have been able to get my car out with my last check. I am now currently unemployed and tthe amount is at 975 dollars. What can I do since they misinformed me about the charges? I would have been able to get my car out if I hadnt been lied to.
