buisness for sale
will a verbal agreement have any standing in court if you change your mind about selling your buisness? No papers or money were exchanged. I just changed my mind.

Sale of real estate must be memorialized in writing generally to be enforceable. There may be some exceptions but generally verbal agreements are not enforceable.
