Re: buy out
You can file a Petition to Partition to force the sale of the property.
I am not sure what the Shenanigans are.
Re: buy out
In order to break the logjam that apparently has occurred with you and the co-owners, you would need to make efforts to either informally resolve the dispute, or--if that is not available as a remedy--to file what is known as a petition for partition of the property. For details concerning that procedure, please check out my blog, which is on my web site, www.lawfang.com. The blog has a posting concerning this issue.
Re: buy out
If you can't work out a buy out with your co-owners, retain an attorney in the county where the land is to file a petition to partition the property to ask the court to mandate a buy out or a sale.
