I'm buying a house, I choose a date for the inspection but the owner/broker want me to change it because its not convenient for them. Do I have to accept that?

It is not uncommon for inspection dates to change by a few days if one party is not available. However, you have to make sure that the date for the home inspection is extended by an addendum to the offer signed by both parties.

The dates of an inspection are not set in stone, and you will simply have to coordinate the inspection to fit your schedule, the inspector's schedule, and the seller's schedule. If you required to have an inspection by a certain date in connection with a contingency, make sure that you get an extension to preserve your contingency. Otherwise, you are free to inspect the property at any time that is convenient to all parties.
You may benefit from representation by an attorney in this transaction - usually at a very reasonable fee. It is really for things to get off track without counsel, and if that happens you will most likely have no recourse to your deposits, etc.
