Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Buying a house

I put in a full price offer, but there were multiple offers on the house. Can the seller put the house back up for bids or does he have to sell to the full price offer?

Re: Buying a house

If the seller gets an offer at more than his asking price he can take it. A Seller can take the property off the market any time before he accepts it.

Re: Buying a house

It depends on the nature of the offer and if it was attached with a payment.

Re: Buying a house

The Seller may accept the highest offer, but may also pull the property off of the market before accepting any offer.
