civil action sale of real estate & fraud

I am going it alone pro-se against the former owners of my home who duped me about the repairs needed, A faulty home Inspection was performed and they are included in the filing for 160K minus punative damages. I am at the deposition phase and need an atorney to take the ball and can only offer a contingency basis being I have been raked over the coals by my former attorney. The case is solid and has pleanty of merit, no falsehoods and pleanty of witnesses and documentation in support. I can fax over a copy of the file for review. There must be someone out there that can help me. Law isnt all about how much to put upfront. I am out 17 thousand and nothing to show for it. Need someone to have a vested interest in the outcome. Will pay all external expenses, ie: deposition reporters, ect and share clerical work. Pictures and the file are available. Case is in Bristol County Superior Court, opposing counsel is Richard Manning, New Bedford, MA
