If a client loses their deposit because the morgage broker fail to send the denial letter on time, is the real estate agent also reponsible for that? Can the real estate agent get sue?

Real Estate broker : Maybe depending on their involvement in the mortgage and the transaction.
Mortgage Broker: Yes, depending on when the denial letter was issued and the deadline.
