Condo fire caused by neighbor

Neighbor in attached condo did plumbing work with blow torch in his unit, he was not licensed. Fire started inside wall -our condo had water and smoke damage-we had to stay in motel for 3 months-our insurance co.+condo assoc. ins.co. paid some but we still had out of pocket expense over $5,000 plus a lot of mental distress.
