Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

If a condominium association makes an assessment and it is paid in full, how long do they have to provide the product? I paid a mandatory assessment in full 7 years ago for new windows and each year I am told I am getting them and I am one of the only ones who has not yet. Do i have any legal rights?

You need to speak with legal counsel. Seven years is more than enough time for the new windows to be installed in your unit.
