Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

cottage on leased land being sold by someone other than the owner

We own a cottage on leased land and the property manager is attempting to sell our cottage (we Own) along with the other cottages he owns. We have a bill of sale for it. What can we do to either stop the sale or get compenstated for the value of the cottage? The owners of the land, different than the prop. mgr. are goint to closing next week. Who do we go after for the value of the cottage? Should we stop the sale of the land or go after just the property manager? We no longer have a lease. The new owners will not own our cottage but will probably evict us or ask us to move the cottage out. I feel there will be nothing we can do after the sale of the land.
