Credit Card Debt

FTC said my issue is a state problem.Are Credit card co. violating the law when issuing a card with a $1000.00 limit and then letting the customer charge Hundreds more??

Customers are generally permitted to go over their limit to some extent, but there are penalties for doing so.

The best advice would be to not go over your limit. Another attorney may see some sort of wrongdoing on the part of the credit card, but without more information, I don't.
