Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
My daughter bought a car from a use car dealer in December. She had it a week before it died completely.
The dealer ignored her calls for about 6 weeks until finally he came and brought her a new car and toed
the old one away. Her advised he would have the paper work mailed the next day. It is four weeks later and
we have not seen the paper work in the mail, and he is once again ignoring our calls.
What can we do about this. It has since cost my daughter a job. She cannot register the car without
the paperwork.

Sorry to hear about your daughter's job situtation. As for the car, you should visit the dealer, write them a letter, and/or contact an attorney.
