deed on house

I wanted to find out if I am on my mothers deed to the house and my brother isnt, Can he kick me out and sell the house from under me?

First, you can go to the Registry of Deeds for the county where the property is located and review the actual deed. Sometimes, this can even be done on-line.

But I think your question was whether your brother can kick you out of the home and sell it if he does not own it. Based on the limited facts you have presented, the answer is no. Only the actual owner of the property has such power, i.e. you or your mother.
