My name is on a deed but not on the mortgage what do I need to do to remove my name from deed?

Is your name on the loan as well? Are you the only owner? How did you come to own the property? The fact that you are on the deed, but have not granted a mortgage, probably means that something has gone wrong and somebody is in violation of their loan agreement.
In order to remove your name from a deed, you wll need to sell your ownership interest to someone else. In order to do that, the loan on the property will need to be paid.
You should speak with an attorney to discuss the particulars and explore your options.
Are you a borrower on the note upon which the Mortgage is based?
How did your name get on the title (deed) to the property?
Are you the only owner of the property?
If you are NOT the only owner of the property, you can deed the property to the other owner or the Mortgage Company. However before doing anything you need to speak to an attorney.
A great deal more information is needed to provide you with any intelligent suggestions.
