Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Deed to the property

My name is on the deed property. My parents claim that my name is on the deed without their knowledge or authorization. The properties had been payoff. My parents are sueing me to give up my share of the property because I did not put money in it. What should do about this situation?

Validity of Deed to the property

This is somewhat strange.

If your name is legally on the deed, regardless, then you have an interest.

You have not stated the basis for their suit, and the court in which it is filed. This information would assist me in more clearly understanding your situation.

Please contact me, with this information, and we can discuss this.
