RE: Destroying Joint Tenancy

I have a deed with 4 people on it as joint tenants, how do I destroy the joint tenancy? Do each person who wants out have to just deed there interest to someone else?

You can either execute a new deed or file a Petition for Partition and have the court order a sale or create a tenancy in common.
