Disclosure of multiple offers on property to winner

When there are multiple offers on a property, what is the law concerning disclosure of what the other offer(s) were to the winner and to what extent. Does the winner have the right to see/request the other offers after the offer is accepted by the seller?

I don't believe you ever have to disclose any of the rejected offers to the person/entity whose offer you accepted. Why would it be their business?
