can i force the sale of 2 houses

i have been with a women for 9 years we own 2 houses togeather we are not married she has 3 children and i have 3 children i want to leave her and sell both properties and split the profits equally if i move out and get an apartment can i force the sale of the houses thanks

You can ask a court to order the sale of the property and divide the proceeds. This is known as an action to partition.
