Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Gave my brother power of attorney and left a large sum of money to invest in a business with him. Instead he purchased a house with portion of the money without me knowing it and lived rent free for 5 years. I was living and working abroad at the time when this happened.

What Can I sue him for in a situation like this?
