Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

If I had a girlfriend that I was living with and together we designed and built a house together and I could get all the subs to write a letter on my behalf as to how much actual work they all witnessed me perform along with hundreds of pics of all the work that was done along with all my income and hers for the coulple of years that went into the beging stages of the build and move in and til now would I have any sort of legal right to a portion of the value of that house I was just kicked out of. Probably lived there for a year and the build took over a year along with the design. My hours of work on the house is so high i don't want to even think about it. She also made statements that were said done to minipulate me in a way to keep me working on this home that I thought was ares which i have found out the hard way that it isn't and I have no rights to. thank you very much for your help

I am going to assume that the title to the property and all mortgages are in her name alone. You may have a claim for quanteum meriut, for service performed, as well as fraud in the inducement or intentional misrepresentation.
