Is there a way to give our house back to Beneficial without waiting for a foreclosure to begin?

They may accept a deed in lieu of foreclosure if there are no other liens, mortgages or attachments affecting the premises.

Mr. Weicker is correct. Contact Beneficial and offer to give them a deed in lieu. You can also put the property up for sale and seek to complete a short sale.
