soon to be homeles.

I have lived in my family home all my life 53 years. My brother told me to get out. What are my legal rights?

The question is who owns the home. Why does your brother think he has the right to force you out?

If this was your parents home and you lived with them your entire life, you may have some rights with respect to your interest in the family home, but there is not enough information to help you with any specirficity.

More information about who owns the home, did you pay rent, are you employed etc would be helpful. I would suggest you contact an attorney in your area.
