Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

i am a homeowner and my daughter lives with me, we share the bills and this month she stopped paying her share we ran out of oil that heats the hot water on a tankless system. I spent 400 dollars on oil yesterday. Do i have to let her use the hot water or can i turn it on only when i need it.
