How does one get a house condemned in Quincy, Massachusetts? I know someone trying to sell a house unscrupulously. He owned the house since 1986, which has had events like walls and ceilings caving in, plumbing issues, and many other needed repairs, without addressing any needed repairs for many years. I believe the seller is now most likely only superficially covering those over and trying to sell as if the house was in good condition. Who would I contact to report the extent of damage to?
