Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

House sell 2

Thanks....my name is not on the deeds or the Mortgage..and i am aware that she has 2 mortgages on the property...one being a loan she had prior with her X partner and the other for the house..

My concern is that she will not make any profit on the sale as one is sure she owes nearly the same amount out as she will obtain through a sell..and my guess is that the bank has first call on their finances being returned before any other claim??
