ex husband out of state and is the name on the mortgage I hold the deee

he has not paid my alimony and the bank wants to foreclose.I was uemploy a the time of div he is was employ by gov for about 30 yrs . the judge ordered him to pay 300.oo per wk for the first year and 200,oo for the next 5 years he moved out of state days after we divorced, and refused to send the alimony so that i could get on my feet ,further more as a result of a car accident the yr prior to div ,he refused to help me get another, I did not have trans to look for work, two or three days before div nisi he refinaned to get me a car at 9.9%,I am in foreclosure currently praying for modif and am seeking some answer.I gave awhole lot of information I wondered if I could go tothe Probate jugde and do since the judge has seem me cry over and represent my self almost since the div anything about this. I have written and the judge has signed about 20 court orders since Sept 2006 to as recently to freeze has retire ,issued capis garnish , try to freeze bank acct, temp orders than turn it over to me for lack of ordered aliomy or that i could keep current and become whole again after the div,the deed is in my name,he is 53 yrs old, my div decree says i get 50% of his retire , can he be forced to give that to me now or atleast some n
