Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
Does an independent real estate agent (possibly also representing another client who has a similar interest in a paritcular property) have any legal authority to gain direct access and/or information, from a financial institution (that is actually representing both interested parties) regarding MY ability (and personal credit history) to qualify for a mortgage for a property?
