Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Joint ownership of a property

How would one go about setting joint ownership of a property with equal benefits for all?

Property agreementt would have to include consideration for usage, maintenance, taxes, opting out of ownership, rites of survership, etc. The goal is to keep the property in a family for generations

Re: Joint ownership of a property

there are a number of ways to deal with what you want to do but it depends on the property's value and cost of maintenance.

In the end however the ability to keep the property in the family is limited by future generations and their ability to keep and maintain the property.

Please feel free to call me to discuss the matter without obligation.
