What kind of lawyer do I need to get a lien removed from my home. I didn't get mail that was court date. I was working out of state.

Usually liens of this type originate from civil law suits. If you were sued and failed to appear and defend yourself this may ultimately give rise to such a lien. An attorney who practices civil litigation may be able to assist you in getting relief from or otherwise defending you from this lien even at this stage of these proceedings.
