Land Boundary Dispute

Hello, I am in the process of having a garage built the forms for the foundation have been placed and inspected by the City of Quincy. We went before the Zoning Board in Quincy and has a public hearing. Then the building permit was issued. My abutting neighbor is disputing an eight foot section of land from my garage to his property. The neighbor has put in a driveway on this section of land. We have had the land surveyed and surveyor is stating that the dirveway is actually on my property. On Monday we have a hearing set for Land Court in Boston. Could you tell me what to expect at the hearing and any important information I should bring with me?
