Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
Land in Massachusetts I'm sure has gone down considerably but is there anyone that could give me an approximate quote on what land per square foot might be priced at currently? I live in Saugus, Massachusetts and I am trying to calculate the cost of 210 square feet of land.

The cost per square foot would best obtained by looking at assessment of the property you are looking at. Likewise, the value of square footage can be independent of mere calculation of the per sq foot value of the parcel from which you are taking the sq footage.
Start with the assessors office and move on from there.
