Landlord foreclosed

The bank foreclosed on my landlords house which i live in. What are my rights?

It depends on what the lease says, if your lease is subordinated to the Mortgage, then they can evict you. If they seek to evict you, you can ask the court to give you at least six months to find a new place or until the end of your lease.

If not, they have to let you stay. Most likely they will try to work out a deal while the sell the property.
