Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

A law firm representing major bank print my full name and address in the boston herald saying o was foreclose on and my home is up for sale which is far from the truth. My mortgage is good stanging with the bank. Can they do this and what can i do about it!

You need to send a demand letter to the bank, and let them know under no uncertain terms that you are not in foreclosure. Having your home is better than having a claim for unlawful foreclosure.
