Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

what is the law on parking in a right of way.my neighbor does this in order to try to make access to my back yard as hard as possible. my family has owned this house and 80% of driveway for 46 years. also what are my legal rights in dealing with a neighbor who insist on filming my wife and I. he has mounted acamera inside a shed and pointed it at our back door for over a year now.

Rights and obligations in a right of way are established by the creation of the right of way. If it was created by a deed, then you need to read a deed. If it was created without a document, then a lawyer will have to explain the rights and obligations. As for the filiming of you and your wife, you should consult a lawyer who can advice you about harassing behavior and violation of rights of privacy. You probably will need to resort to court action to stop this annoying behavior.
