What are the laws regarding foreclosure notification in Massachusetts?

If you have not been considered for a loan modification, notice needs to be sent to you at your home 150 days in advance of any sale, notifying you of certain home financing options. After that, notice needs be mailed (not received) to the homeowner at either his or her address of record or at the property, depending, and then notice of the sale needs to be published for three successive weeks in a paper of general circulation, according to a statutory form.
