is this legal

is it legal for a broker to list a property as condos,have me do it all(p+s down pay,home inspect,commit letter from bak) but never disclose that the owners does not have it listed in the state as condos yet?

Your broker cannot misrepresent the basic legal character of the units. You cannot go along with it. Going along with the broker false statements can get you into legal troubles. Such a false representation will permit you to void any agreement with him.
