How do I get a LeaPendens removed from the registry of deeds after the court ruled in my favor and denied the plantiff to have the Les in place.

I assume the Court issued an order ordering the removal of the Lis Pendens. You can record the order or have your attorney get the proper form signed by the Plaintiff and have it filed removing the Lis Pendens.
