Life Estate
In 1998 my parents put their home into a Realty Trust no schedule of beneficiaries were recorded, no schedule can be found. In 2002 two life estates were put onto the deed, in 2005 another life estate was added without the knowledge of the two prior Life Estate holders, is the third Life Estate legal?

This question cannot be answered without looking at the state of the title in the Registry of Deeds and the specific instruments. This is definitely something which will require the assistance of legal counsel.
