Listing consideration amount on deed
Does one have to list the actual consideration on the deed? It would cost quite a lot of money in documentary stamp taxes to have the property price listed rather than nominal consideration, but I do not want to record something that is wrong.

Yes. You must list the actual consideration on the deed so that the proper amount of stamps can be paid.
