Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I live in a condo. Somehow we have annoyed our neighbors. They wait for us to have an open house and then leave bags of garbage out in front of their door which is right next to ours. We've tried talking to them. They don't want to talk about it. To me, they are attempting to sabotage our sale.

The association doesn't want to get involved. Is there anything I can do legally?

I doubt the association allows you to leave garbage bags outside your door. So I would start by taking pictures and filing a formal complaint. The Association and the manager of the property should deal with this.

You might however want to speak with your neighbors and see if you can make peace. If they do not like you, it is in their interest to see you sell your unit sooner than later.

If the Association will do nothing, keep taking pictures and call the local health dept.
