Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I am living in an apartment with my girlfriend. We broke up and she wants me to find a new place to live. Can she legally kick me out? Her name is on the lease but everything else has been equal. Rent, utilities, everything. She wants me out by the end of April so someone else can move in. Am I legally obligated to leave or do I have a right to stay?
