Re: logging company logged my land without my permission

You are entitled to compensation from your neighbor as well as from the logging company. Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss. I recommend you count, measure and photograph the tree stumps... use a tape measure or ruler for scalee in your photos. If the stumps were removed, photgraph the holes.

You may file suit against your neighbor as well as the logging company. Retain an attorney. Good Luck!

Re: logging company logged my land without my permission

You have a claim for damages to your property as well as any benefit the Logging company derived from the trees.

Photograph the damaged property. Contact an arborist to evaluate the cost and damage to the trees, an appraiser for the land and an attorney to represent you.

Please feel free to contact me without obligation.
