What is LS?

I have paid my rent (it was 30 days late) and right after I received a copy of a SP from my landlord. I then received in the mail from the Sherrif's Office a LS. What is it and what does LS mean? What is my next step?

You're kidding! What is an SP? A Summary Process

Summons and Complaint? What's the answer date?

What's the trial date? What reason was given for the

eviction?

Did you first receive a Notice To Quit in the prior month?
