hi my name is maria

i give verbal notice to landlord of me moving on feb 28th on jan 31st

landlord accepted and same day put apartment for rent at a realtor same day realtor came to show apart.

i have section 8 voucher and my worker wanted me to sign a release form landlord on feb 2nd said i will sign and then on feb 3rd refused to sign

my new place can not old apart till march 31st

housing authority says i have to give notice till march 31st move out date

i have a 3 year old

what do i do please
