Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
There is a right of way in Mass. that is used by 3 households. Parcel A and B are across each other on the right of way that leads to the house in back, parcel C. The deed to parcel A states that the right of way was granted to parcel B and C for access to their properties and to the main road. Who owns the right of way? Who is responsible for maintaining it, that is, clearing brush, filling in pot holes, snow removal?
Thank you

From what you decribe, it would appear the right of way is owned by the owner of parcel A, who, barring any explicit agreement otherwise, would be responsible for its upkeep. Good Luck!
