There are a number of books on MA jury instructions. You can go the Massachusetts Trial Law Libraries or to the Social Law Library in downtown Boston to do your research. You may need to pay to go to the Social Law Library.

Go to law library in courthouse of law school or somewhere and pull "Massachusetts Jury Instructions, Civil" a blue binder published by MCLE (Mass Continuing Legal Educ).
