Massachusetts Real Estate Trusts

I need some information on Massachusetts Real Estate Trusts and I can't seem to find any one the internet. Does anyone know of a good resource I can use. I want to creating a "no name" trust for the purpose of purchasing property and I have no idea how to go about it, or if it is even a viable option.

Are you an attorney? Is this for your own property?

What do you hope to accomplish by doing it?

It is definitely a viable option and has several advantages. (I draft 1 to 2 per month.)

There are several good reasons to do it, but there are a couple bad reasons for doing it: sometimes people think it provides a certain advantage that it doesn't. On the whole, there are only a few small drawbacks to doing it.
